Besides that, unless you got a money tree in your back yard (apparently many do), there is no point in trying to keep up with every model change that happens these days by some of the manufacturers. A few years ago you could purchase a speaker with relative confidence that it would remain current for at least 5 years or so. Now, these guys are spitting out new models every year or two basicly killing the value of the previous models just so they can add one or two new Doodads to the model and jack up the price another $8-10K each time.
At the end of the day, even the version 2 will lose 40% of its value the moment you walk out the door with it. Reminds me of the automobile market, but worse!
