Default Excellent support!

Earlier in the year I started having issues with one of the modules in my PS-1, exchanged a few emails with support trying to troubleshoot and was told to RMA it. Wasn't on my top list of things to do, so I finally got around to filling in the form yesterday. At night, on Thanksgiving, EJ wrote me back. How often does the founder of a company respond to email on a holiday about a $100 product? I wrote back with more specifics and he is going to have a new one shipped to me and said just return the other one when I can. You simply can't get better support than that.
