Amtrak should still gave their regional/Acela commuter trains running.
You can actually book a flight from EWR -> PHL with American and you check-in at the airport as normal but then are loaded into a cargo van and driven to the airport.
Uber is easy, but I highly suggest leaving NYC and grabbing one in NJ.
Phillly -> JFK, $128
JFK -> Philly, $328
I’m told NYC taces and driver licensing are responsible for the surcharges.
NJ Transit from Penn station to Trenton, then Trenton to Philly
And of course, there is always the oneway car rental. If returning at PHL airport center the 1 way fee is usually waived.
