That's both great (for him) and too bad (for us). He was always absolutely wonderful to work with and was instrumental in helping me to get you guys to fix the KX-R Twenty's muting firmware bug (which you finally did, thankfully.)
(All you need to do is reference that bug and he'll remember me, too.
