I've used and auditioned many Transparent cables. I am now using Wireworld. The Transparent cables are typically a shade darker and fuller flavor. Not that it is a bad thing, depends on your preference and system synergy. The Wireworld have more of a "golden glow" and shimmer up top that is quite addicting and more natural to my ears. The midrange is stunningly beautiful, especially with female voices on Wireworld which I have not noticed with Transparent. I was using top notch gear in the Transparent days. Wilson Sasha, Alexia and D'Agostino monos so had a good reference. I don't have the same gear but I can deduce that on my present gear, it would be a similar result since I still have some Transparent ICs. Both are excellent, just depends where you want to take your system.
