Trust me, the install is easy-peasy. Takes about 15 minutes or so for each speaker. You don't need pictures, it's so straightforward. These are the instructions using the E110 (Automotive Esotar2) kit.

Be careful/mindful of strong magnetism at all steps.
Note: cables with black stripe are hot, and attach to driver lead with label (it is marked +). The clips have a locking tab you have to push to get them released from the driver.

0) remove faceplates from E110 Esotar2 drivers, disconnect speakers from amp
For each speaker
1) remove lower woofer and unclip leads (not soldered), set aside
2) remove tweeter plate and unclip leads
3) remove Esotec from faceplate
4) attach Esotar2 to faceplate
5) reattach tweeter leads, reinstall tweeter
6) reattach woofer leads, reinstall woofer

I did this all while the speaker was standing in place. Just support the woofers from falling out as you loosen the retaining bolts. The tweeter plates needed to be pushed out from behind. I guess it's safer to lay the speakers on their back, but that seemed more risk of cabinet damage to me, and I didn't want to bother marking position on my rug.
