I played around with collectorZ and it has a nice interface and looks like it would serve my purpose as long as I tagged everything correctly.

If are ok using two apps and don't mind spending time (possibly lots of time) tagging everything correctly then you have your solution! Go for it!
Just keep in mind that it is not the best solution nor the most efficient one.
