I had the same issue trying to play some dsd files. It hung and after a restart it was fine and not that it hung and starts preparing Aurender and still gets stuck for some time.
I forgot to retest the file. This happens on the w20, so it may not be the issue of horsepower but the file type or some corruption in the file..
Do update whether this is a fixable issue.
My guess there may be some files which were corrupted.
How do you getbsupport ifmthe machine really hangs for good? It cannot be accessed by Aurender support in such a case.
