BTW if you send a unit back to Germany for service two years or more after purchase, you will have to pay the German VAT, because this represents a reimport.

You're right about the Swiss distributor. The list prices are about the same in both countries. Showing my dealer the quotes from some German PIA dealers he didn't look very happy but in the end gave me a substantial discount, so I ordered my DP-750 and E-650 through him today.
