Oppo UDP-205 Disc Freezing
Lucky me...I upgraded two weeks ago from the UDP-203 to a UDP-205. While the 203 performed flawlessly, the 205 has had problems playing UHD discs without freezing, skipping, etc.
I checked the discs for fingerprints, smudges, etc. Even loaned then to a friend that has a 203 for a sanity check. On his machine they played without incident.
Support request went in to Oppo Digital this morning. Here's hoping there is an easy fix for this!
Notes: Firmware is updated to latest. USB firmware also update for MQA.
