One great thing about Mcintosh tube gear is how long those tubes really last - which depending on use can be extremely long. The flagship Mac integrateds are too big , heavy and not cheap. Also for a small bedroom system the MC75s are all the power I'll ever need. I do augment the very lowest octave with a single Martin Logan sub which really helps.

Smart move. I suspect the MC75s and C2700 are a wonderful combination and why change to save a little space?
