There are dozens of good IEMs. I have Shure SE535s, which are universal fit, and Westone ES50 with custom molded ear-pieces, both of which I find very good, but there are plenty of others who specialize in in-ear monitors, including the likes of Cardas, Jerry Harvey Audio, Noble, Etymotic, and so on. I see in another thread that you already have a pair of Shure SE846 on order, these are excellent phones. A good source of information is innerfidelity.com.
