Very good but not the best sounding deck of its day.
At Sound Components, we used to dub 30ips or 15ips 2 track masters to high end cassette decks in real time to do comparisons for customers. The Dragon was quite good. The big Tandbergs simply sounded much more like the Masters every time.
To the Dragon's credit, it was much more reliable than the Tandbergs.
