If this is new construction or open walls, definitely run conduit and you can easily add junction boxes with covers.
Run three cat6 wires to future proof.
I ran monoproce slim run hdmi hybrid fiber cables 70ft in wall. They are thin but directional, so I ended up running two cables in either direction (4 total). No issues doing 4k. They have been used for over a year.
