I did quite a bit of research on the Jensen oils for my Cary SLI-80 and V12R. While 1000v version worked great in my SLI-80 amp and SLP-98L preamp with fewer tubes and less heat, I was real nervous about installing them in my V12R amp with 16 tubes firing away. IIRC, the heat values on some caps are right at the limit, so I ended up trying the Mundorf Silver-Gold (non oil) caps in the V12R. Also noticed AN is using the same in their kit amps. Just got 20 hours on them so far and they were a tad more detailed and bright at 5 hours, they are already settling in nicely and I can say I don't think I'll do any more Jensen oils in my Cary amps any more even though the newer 1000v .22uf version did work really well in my SLI-80. Do you have the older 600v .22uf version from 4+ years ago that had a known bad batch of them???, if so, def want to replace all of them.
