Default Surprisingly good cheap isolation footers

So on a whim and out of boredom I picked up these isolation Footers to go under my McIntosh MA252. I tried some softer ones but I just wasn't happy with what it did to the sound, it literally softened it. Since the sound was already very smooth and relaxed I wanted to maintain the level of clarity or increase it. These actually brought out some more micro details and kept the tonal quality exactly the same as it was. They were really difficult to install because of the two pieces and leveling them took some effort but the results were very very good. Probably the best performance to price tweak I've made to date.20181021_224823.jpeg20181021_224837.jpeg20181021_223359.jpeg20181021_223426.jpeg
