Porsche Design Knives
Stopped into TOC - Trouble Obessionnel Culinaire, a great cooking supplies store in Nice, France this past week (if you cook and get to Nice, is well worth the visit). Found a display of Porsche Design Knives. It was all I could do not to buy at least the paring knife. But, having several good paring knives, how many does one really need? Nice looking and not dissimilar to Global's 'one-piece-of-steel' knives mentioned above. If I still drove a Porsche feel sure I would have picked up 2 or 3.
