Service as good as its products........
Had WW do some 'cable work' for a new configuration and they got it wrong. They issued a call-ticket (so no expense to me), but, to hold down the loss of time at my end they are building a complete new cable to ship tomorrow rather than making me wait while they 'fix' the wrongly configured one. That's about as good as one could ask for (other than getting it right the first time  ).
Thanks for WW's great service. Its nice to deal with a quality outfit.
