Tom.......Using the MAC4300V as a tuner is unique. It actually goes to show the versatility of this fine receiver. It can be used as a preamp/tuner, tuner only, preamp only, or power amp only, as well as a full featured receiver. Once you own the 4300V it can be difficult to take it out of service in one way or another.
