You guys should also try Virgin Gorda. There are several nice resorts in the island - Little Dix Bay and Bitter End. Beautiful beaches in a very safe and relaxed environment. Fly into Tortola and take a boat over to VG - only a 15 minute ride.
BTW, this is a place to relax and pamper yourself.
