Works fine on my Win 10 desktop, but I have the same problem with my i7 8 GB RAM laptop. Cold boots, reboots, and uninstalls and re-installs don't resolve it, and the app is further challenged by the laptop's connection to an external DAC, only intermittently able to access the latter's ASIO driver even when the internal Realtek soundcard is disabled. (I don't have the same problem with the similarly-configured desktop and identical DAC.)

I also find the user interface bloated and a bit clunky.

Bottom line: I canceled this morning.
