If there is an issue with the connector Toga is encouraged to simply take it to his dealer or contact Nordost directly, they would address it. As normal, Nordost will evaluate it to see what happened and more importantly resolve it for the customer. Nordost does stand behind its products they build.
It would be nice to know what happened, especially for us Nordost users as a piece of mind.
