Coaxial digital
Your Oppo 103 has both coaxial and optical digital outputs. The Brooklyn Bridge has both coaxial and optical digital inputs.
The Brooklyn Bridge (BB) will also accept other inputs and can be used to stream digital audio from Tidal via Ethernet. In that case the music file will not pass through your computer\laptop\tablet etc.
If you use the BB coaxial and optical digital inputs the audio from the Oppo will be converted to 2 channel. The Oppo can output 192 kHz PCM which is within the capability of the BB.
I have been studying the BB. I have its little brother, a Brooklyn DAC+ and am looking to add streaming capability.
