Played with placement in my room quite a bit and ended up with them stacked one on top of the other right behind my rack dead center on the front wall between the Guarneri's. When I initially spoke with Bruce Jacobs at AXPONA, he said that is typically where you hear the most benefit. He was right...obviously. ;-)
I also tried them in first reflection area on each wall in place of my Acoustic Geometry panels and didn't care for that sound. I then tried many other areas, but ultimately found just using the two Aperture Panels centered on front wall and removing the Acoustic Geometry panels sounds best.
