BTW - did you notice the Yamaha B-2 amp that is listed in the Classifieds? Is a terrific piece (the YB-2 refers to same back when my hobby was collecting and refurbishing them about 20yr ago).

Yes, I did notice the B-2 for sale, but for the time being I plan to stick with my CA-1000 after all the modifications I have done so far. Later, I will probably go with a Yamaha A-S2100 or 3000. Ever since I heard the Yamaha gear two years ago at the Montreal Audio Show, I was hooked to their natural sound. Money no object for vintage gear, I would like to have a nice restored pair of NS-1000M by Kenrick Sound in Japan (or the newer NS-5000
