Sorry Cyril, you are "cold" ... if I was going high-power + McIntosh again, the MC452 would be top of my list - with a C2300 though, I gotta have tubes. But I am finding the 14W+14W of the Montille a bit too much power already* and I am going to go a bit lower in power and reduce the number of tubes by 1/2.
