It seems SoundStageDirect has been having some serious issues lately. I'd check out some of the threads over on the Steve Hoffman forums and VPI Forums. The short version is, most people are filing credit card/Paypal disputes. Seth is MIA and is not responding to people. The phones go unanswered and their website will not accept payments.
