The DAC-50 and the DSJ were running in parallel. The DSJ gave me a little more bass and was possibly a little smoother. I liked both. Still have DAC-50. The DC-901 however turned my listening sessions into a completely different experience.
To my ears at least there was no comparison with any of my prior sources.
