Hey multiham - if the youtube method doesn't work, a simple rearrangement to your formula might.

In the below, RY1 means Rep Year 1 market share, NY1 means National Year 1 market share. Year 1 is last year, year 2 is current year. Use decimal, so 82% = 0.82
Basically your opportunity-weighted growth times relative market share:

(RY2/RY1)/(1-RY1)) / ( (NY2/NY1)/(1-NY1)) ) * (RY2/NY2)

Using your example, you will get your factor of 2.2. In the negative case, say if the rep went down from 20% to 18%, the growth factor is 0.92 the final factor is 1.65.
