Speaking of "chopped" - these days, more than a couple of cars have such a raised beltline that they have a chopped-like appearance. Camaros, Mustangs, Chryslers, and on and on. I'm guessing it's partly for stylistic reasons and perhaps partly to help with side impact requirements. Or maybe that last is just a fortuitous side effect.

I'm glad I have an old F250 that I can rest my elbow on without said elbow being above my ear! Especially because that shoulder doesn't like it.
