Haha! Definitely a blast from the past. Koa wood is indeed beautiful - I'm lucky to have a SOTA Nova turntable in a fiery Koa wood. And unlike the headphile cups, it sounds amazing
I also let that guy mod a set of AKG K340 with his silver cable, and it ended up ruining their sound - sucked out all the warmth that made them kinda special. Should've kept them stock.
