I purchased some inexpensive 14 gauge solid core wire and the push in green RCA plugs (shown earlier here on the thread) and quickly made up three additional ground wires to go with the Venom ground cable I installed a few days ago. Fired up the system and let it warm up a while.

I guess when funds again permit which will be a while, I’ll purchase matching Shunyata ground cables to finish this off.
In the meantime the SGS/CGS system is a rather shocking completion to the already off-the-charts reference level of the Triton/Typhon QR!

The only component I have not included yet is the DMP disc drive.

Just to clear this up for me. Does each grounding cable go from component to an unused RCA Jack at the preamp? I’ll assume any unused RCA jack will do or does it. If no grounding post on the component will any screw suffice?
