A storied car is just that, a storied car. Any exotic will have its value affected by any mishap to a certain degree. The Ferrari dealership I used to frequent would have the salesmen walking around with a paint depth gauge in their pockets... Unless that Bugatti is fixed for cash without getting the insurance involved, it WILL show up on Carfax and similar...
