That's Sold units as well as Stock units.

Terry, I would suggest double checking that dealer intends to sell you the RS3 at MSRP so that there are no surprises later on when and if they decide to charge a premium. It is a rather limited model and this has been known to happen. Just as an example, I ordered but then changed my mind on a BMW M3GTS for MSRP with my dealer but others were charging upwards of $25-40k of a premium!
