Bryston - smarter than your average electronics
I decided to dress the speaker cables a bit. Wisely, I did this while playing some Phish (Junta).
Being careful, I proceeded to short the connectors on the left speaker. I noticed the sound had mysteriously stopped on the left speaker, though the right was still going strong. After discarding several other theories, I noticed my error and separated the spades. Sound back, no issues.
Bryston saved me from being truly careless, and did so without a blip.
