Well, I moved my speakers didn't I
& tonight was going to be a drink free night as I had a few reds last night & put the MBP on shuffle with the occasional request thrown in, had a helluva time I did short of a hangover. Well..... heres me in the kitchen tonight doing the odd thing or two that I do do in there & I got this urge to move the speakers forward from 4 ft to about 4 1/2 ft from the wall & bugger me, didn't things get interesting. Well long to the short, left the kitchen pretty smartly, turned it up, grabbed a brew & haven't stopped yet as all things are really sounding so superb. I know a few of us here know that feeling when we sit & listen to our systems & are so proud of the sound that we have managed to achieve with our choices of the gear & time of effort that we've put into the set-up & placement to the point that we are just happy to leave things as is until we get an inclination & it's like another 5% that we thought just wasn't possible.

60 seconds to move the speakers...
Didn't cost me a Visa moment although the enjoyment should have...
Priceless...
