Your recommended wines, like Shindo gear, are beyond what I'm willing to pay for the privilege. Luckily, Chateau Latour has "more reasonably" priced, but still excellent vins. In the meantime we will have to stay with Charmes-Chambertin and Chateau La Tour Grand Cru as we still have a couple of bottles from 2000 in the cellar. Unfortunately, dont' think there is a "more reasonably" priced set of Shindo gear that will work for me.
