I know what (mis)happened when I changed my room from an acoustically wonderfull room to a room like yours. Same room, but what a dramatically worse sound.

Thanks for the compliment. The room is treated, everywhere I am willing to , as well as the speaker position and listening area laid out for sound, not looks. You can even see some of the treatments, huge bass soffits in the front corners. I've listened to identical equipment in dealer's treated rooms, and mine sounds better to me. Can it be improved? Of course, but it's a living room. My smaller upstairs system's room is even more treated and this one still destroys it.
