I have no experience setting up MLs but if you want your Yvette’s to sound their best they need to move over in front of or where the ML’s are. You could put them away for now and get your new speakers really tuned in.

agreed 100%, having both speakers present is, IMO, absurd. Guru, don't take this the wrong way but trying to get two pairs of top flight transducers to function in the space you have makes zero sense. Especially cones and stats !
Your Logans aren't even close to being set up correctly (need to be 4-6' out into the room) and given your pics, again, no matter how good you think they (Wilson's) are sounding I guarantee you that those corners are a 'bass' nightmare !
