I am also considering a Bryston 4b3 but am not sure if it would pair as well as the rb1590. For me, given a larger price tag performance different would have to be substantial to justify a 2x cost. By substantial I mean any normal person should be able to point out the difference easily.

I have read a bunch of reviews on the Rotel amp. Yes, very awesome amp to consider.

Do you have access from a dealer to test both in your room?
Here in Canada, the 4B Cube has come up on the used market which should place it in the same pricing as the Rotel and you get excellent long term warranty with Bryston.
