Sounds like they like it! NuPrime products are pretty impressive. Also customer service is outstanding. I had an e-mail chain with the CEO. He actually wrote me back a couple days later (on a Monday since we corresponded on a Friday) after he consulted with his engineers to make sure he had the correct answer. I was impressed.
