GIK.... Great customer service!
I was a customer when Glenn was operating out of a garage if I remember correct around 14 years ago. Now I needed advise on a new room and sent an email. I received a reply from Mike the next day and we talked on the phone and I had a recommended list for my budget and product placement suggestion specific for my room. These are great products and great people to deal with. I just thought I would pass my experience along for anyone who might be on the fence with GIK. I do not think you will regret it. I have not.
