Impressive demos. To me clear differences in favor of the K1X - warmer, more natural sound with more expansive sound stage. (The TAD demo system was to die for!) On my desk top system (little B&W speakers), more difficult to draw distinctions between various CD, CD MQA and and DSD upsampling demos. The price of a new unit is not something I can justify for myself, however.
