This problem may be related to an older hardware and/or software version of your Debussy.
The user manual says:
Press the INPUT button (G) repeatedly to cycle through the available digital inputs, the selected input will be shown by the input indicators (J). The sequence is
USB, AES 1, AES 2,
AES 1 + 2 (Dual AES), SPDIF 1, SPDIF 2, USB etc.
For Dual AES input indicators (J) AES 1 and AES 2 should light simultanously.
Please also check the Debussy software history on the dCS homepage:
It seems that from software version 2.0 (01.04.2011) onwards, a new hardware DDP was required (
Debussy
DAC
Plus). The previous hardware was called DDC (
Debussy
DA
C).
DSD support was added with software 2.10 (01.01.2013); Single AES 192kHz was added with software 2.20 (01.07.2013); DXD and dCS-encrypted DSD was added with software 2.30 (09.01.2018).
If you do not have the latest Debussy hardware (
Debussy
DAC
Plus) or software (2.30), I'd suggest you contact your dealer or dCS directly, giving them your full length serial number together with your software version.
