It is an example for bad quality control. Since Q7 is very expensive product something needs to be done. Dealer that sold you the speakers can at least send pics to Magico (if you personally didn't do it already) and to ask what is their explanation and solution for this problem.

I am big Magico fan and S5 owner but, I would not accept explanation like "...shit happeneds".
