SONUS FABER: WHAT'S THE NAME?

Participants, simply by contributing to the initiative "Sonus faber, what's the name?", implicitly declare to waive any claim of ownership or intellectual property rights, copyright or other, concerning the proposed name.
Furthermore, should Sonus faber choose one or more names suggested during the initiative, participants acknowledge that the economic rights to such names shall be exclusively and indefinitely entitled to Sonus faber.
Moreover, should the 130 speaker utilize a name proposed by any participant, no prize, in either money, goods or services is foreseen, nor any form of publicity with respect to that participant.
