Finally, received longer XLRs today & a new PC. Despite cable some burn in required, OMG!
The supplied demo tape is a tape to tape compilation. It sounds amazing.
You may argue with me until you are blue in the face....but digital is not there. We have lost something along the way... I hope that lost analogue element is found & translated before it is too late.
The rounded full body of the Studer sounds, so natural, so real.
Time to visit The Tape Project...
But first, must install the NOS Studer 820 tranfoless cards which are ready to go in.
