I was rearranging my rack today and decided to throw my new WireWorld cables onto the Bryston BHA-1 from my current reference Violectric V281 amp. Power cord and ICs.
What can I say, there I sat in awe... It was like listening to the BHA-1 for the first time. The slight upper mids emphasis and grain in the lower to mid highs that I noticed over the weeks of playing with the BHA-1 vs Violectric V281 is completely gone. Silky smooth, liquid midrange, almost ethereal highs. It's like listening to a new and upgraded amp. Nice to meet you BHA-1.
