Hi from Canadian side of St Lawrence River
 

Cool site, so many subforums to explore. When there is even a mfgr subforum dedicated to the likes of GIK Acoustics you know this is not your run of the mill forum. A uniqueness that offers a lot of appeal.

Per subject line I live on the Canadian side of the St Lawrence river in province of Ontario. Have attached a couple pictures of this lovely area which I took from a small single engine plane during an afternoon outing with a pilot friend. The pic waterfront.jpg shows a great lakes freighter passing in front of the town where I live, sleepy little place around 20K population. Only one record store but there are a few others within an hours driving time so its not all that bad.

Anyway looking forward to getting to know, and eventually becoming, a regular!

Spent many Summer vacations on the banks of the St Lawrence an egg farm just west of Gananoque. Good memories of tremendous fishing and setting off fireworks!

Alex bay is directly across from where I live. Did a lot of partying over there back in my single days, fun place. :cheers2:
