McIntosh MA5100 Integrated Amplifier Video

Here is a video I made this morning of the McIntosh MA5100 integrated amplifier. It's 47 years old and still singing its heart out.

Watch in full screen at 720p or 1080p resolution for best picture quality.

Dan,

Great Video! You made me almost press the "buy" button! That 5100 is a fine piece of vintage gear. Thanks for the virtual sit down in the sweet spot!

Fantastic--well done, Dan. Is a subwoofer incorporated or am I just hearing the Amatis?

Mike.......You are listening to just the Amati Anniversario's. There are no subwoofers in this video or in my studio two channel system. The Anniversario's have been dialed into the room and load the room with low frequency energy very well.

Excellent video Dan! Very enjoyable, and indeed you are getting quite the knack for this. The presentation is very good, and the sound quality very good! :tresbon:

Pete.......Thank you. I have to admit I am quite surprised at the quality of the microphones in my Canon HD video camera. They capture relatively decent sound.
